Who We Are
Amazing Art Adventure is an educational art exploration app created by Amazing Art Adventure LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The app is designed for art enthusiasts, students, families, and learners ages 13 and up.
Age Requirement
The App is intended for users ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take steps to delete any personal information associated with that user. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at info@amazingartadventure.com and we will promptly delete that information.
Information We Collect
We follow a minimal data collection approach.
Stored on your device only (never transmitted): Your progress, bookmarked artworks, personal notes, theme preferences, and other settings are saved locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted automatically.
Network requests: The app connects to our server to load exhibition information, artwork detail images, and 3D sculpture models. These requests do not transmit any personal information — they are simple content downloads, similar to loading images on a web page. No user identifiers, device IDs, or tracking parameters are included in any request.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information; location data or GPS coordinates; device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting data; photos, camera data, or microphone audio; browsing history or usage analytics; or behavioral profiling data.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics services, or advertising networks of any kind.
In-App Purchases
Premium features are available through Apple's App Store or Google Play. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple or Google — we do not receive or store your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. A parental gate (a simple verification step) is in place before any in-app purchase can be made. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle purchase data.
Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or social media SDKs. The only third-party services involved are:
Apple App Store & Google Play: Process optional premium purchases. Their privacy policies govern purchase data.
Google Cloud Storage: Serves artwork images and exhibition data. No personal information is transmitted.
Google Maps SDK: Displays museum locations on-device. Location rendering occurs entirely on your device; no location data is sent to our servers.
If we introduce new features in the future that involve additional third-party services, we will update this privacy policy accordingly.
Data Security
All communication between the app and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher encryption. All API requests are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. No personal information is transmitted in plain text. On-device data is protected by your device's built-in encryption.
Data Retention
We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers. On-device preferences persist until you uninstall the app or clear app data through your device settings. In-app purchase receipts may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit compliance.
Your Rights
Because we collect minimal data and maintain no user accounts, most privacy rights are exercised directly through your device (uninstall the app or clear data through Settings). If you believe we hold any personal information about you and wish to request access or deletion, contact us at info@amazingartadventure.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this privacy policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
